Welcome to Baxenden St John and Accrington St Paul website. Please feel free to join us at one of our weekly Sunday service. St Paul's Sunday Services are at 9:00am and St John's Sunday Services are at 10:30am. We welcome ALL of ANY age, those with a lot of church background, those with some background and especially those with none! Our prayer and desire is that, whoever you are and wherever you are up to in life, we can help you meet with the Living and Loving God. We hope our services will help you pray to Him, praise Him, share with Him, listen to Him and seek to live for Him. Dear JohnPaul Parish Family Aslan is on the move! My youngest arrived for a week at Easter and stayed for a month!  He was writing his final year dissertation, but he was also doing what he does best; talking about current affairs, cooking amazing food, sleeping long hours, introducing us to some amazing Netflix and Amazon prime TV series and reading the Chronicles of Narnia with me.  Not quite like when he was 10, since we were often on different books, but we shared some awesome moments; ‘Further up and further in’. Easter Preparation

Dear JohnPaul Parish As we move towards Easter, our most holy festival of the church year, I wanted to share with you two important outcomes from the Vision day that was held recently at Whalley Abbey. First, we have decided to hold two services of renewal and healing in both our churches on Saturday 16th (St Paul’s) and Sunday 17th March (St John’s) at 4pm.
